The upper left sketch was made at 08:35 UT on September 15, 1996. Comet Tabur was located at RA=05h 40m 46s, Dec=+06d 12.9m. A bright, stellar nucleus was embedded within a 5'x4' coma. The upper right sketch was made thirty-minutes later. Notice that the comet has moved north of its original position. The rate of motion was 2.6 arc minutes per hour or about one degree a day. We estimated the comet to be at 8th magnitude.
